I go to aqua with Kate twice a week and absolutely love it. Kate is a very caring and kind instructor and the heated pool is an extra bonus. Exercise in the pool is so beneficial for me as I couldn't do it out of the pool because of my health problems. Would highly recommend this form of exercise to anyone. Looking forwardvto being able to keep up the exercise all through the winter 😊

Kate works really well with the kids and most importantly gains their trust. She is patient and understanding throughout the whole lesson and adapts to each child’s individual needs in a safe but fun, learning environment. Both my boys enjoy their lessons and look forward to the next one. In a short period of time, both kids have improved dramatically and I can confidently say I feel at ease when they are swimming.

I enjoy the aqua aerobics classes. Having fun and exercising at the same time! The classes are small and I love the heated pool in the colder months, so can exercise all year round. Well done Kate!

Kate is amazing! Both my children have had 1 term with RST and are loving it. I love the way kate interacts and adapts her teaching skills to each childs needs is outstanding. The pool now has heating which makes a huge difference for the kidding and adults getting in! I love it! Term 2 is round the corner and we cant wait!

Two of my children have attended both term and block swim lessons with RSW and they are all round fantastic. Kate is patient with the children, makes the lessons fun and enjoyable rather than a chore and is very thorough with teaching pool safety as well as swimming. 5 �
